1. The parts you’ll need to build your duck boat blind frame
First of all, we have to tell you about Brad. Brad is a seasoned duck hunter who wanted to build a moveable rigid boat blind. He found tinktube when searching online for metal conduit and binimi type connections. He first used this section of our website to understand how the system works. Then he drafted his plans, ordered the parts online, and the rest is history. When he sent us pictures of his build, we were flabbergasted. This very plan is therefore inspired by his project.

What you’ll need: Connectors and tubes
Here are the parts and tubes you’ll need to follow these conduit duck boat blind plans, that are designed to fit a 16 X 5 feet hunting boat. If your boat size is different, change the length of the tubes (see cut list in section 2) and adjust the number of tubes and fittings according to your own plan.

2. The cut list
Once you’ve ordered the parts from our shop and received your building material at home, it’s time to build your DIY duck boat blind frame. Start by cutting the tubes (don’t forget to buy a pipe cutter if you don’t already have one).

3. Follow your conduit duck boat blind plans to build your project

Brad’s pro tip:
Once the frame was built and installed on the boat, he lightly sanded all the surface and painted it with dull camo colored spray paint.
