Ice skating is a great winter sport for families, but it can also lead to falling quite often for young children only learning, potentially hurting themselves. Using an ice skating trainer is a great way to facilitate the learning process, making it safer and just as fun! Building your own DIY ice skating trainer comes with many perks:
- You can draft a plan according to the dimensions you need -make the trainer longer or shorter, depending on your kids’ height!
- You can choose the color of the tubes;

If you don’t already have a pipe cutter, get one from our shop here (you’ll need it to cut the pipes, and you’ll get to use it again on your next tinktube project)!
3. The build (the fun part)
Now that all the pipes are cut and you’ve gathered all the connectors, you’re ready to start building your DIY ice skating trainer!
